Defense Specific Movement Program - SPRING 2025

Program Description

-Sessions will focus on the key backwards movement concepts for defensive hockey athletes in both open space, and small spaces where evasive movement is needed

- The above concepts will then be applied in game relevant situational and small area patterns such as defensive escapes in the neutral zone and defensive zone, line walks and creation of offense in the offensive zone etc.

-Certified, energetic PS Coaches

-Maximum quality repetition and positive feedback

-4-1 player to coach ratio

-Maximum of 12 athletes on the ice

Program Cost: $675 + GST

Spring Program

Tuesdays- April 1 - June 3

     7:00 - 8:00 AM @ Terwillegar Arena

*** Perfect Skating jerseys must be worn for all  programs.  Jerseys will be provided to all new program participants, and on request for returning participants if they require a new set****
