Program Description:
- This program is reserved for Elite Female athletes age 14 and above who are AA+ caliber.
- Maximum of 12 skaters.
- Maximum of 12 skaters.
- Coach to athlete ratio's of 1:6 or better will be maintained to maximize feedback, correction, and individual attention for each athlete
- This program will be focused on individual movement and skill improvement in a group setting
- Athletes will go through sessions featuring pieces of both our Perfect Skating and Small Area Movement platforms. These on-ice sessions will share many similarities with the ones we put on for many of the worlds best hockey athletes at Gary Roberts Performance in Ontario throughout the summer
-Certified, energetic PS Coaches
-Based on the method used by +350 NHL players!
- This program will be focused on individual movement and skill improvement in a group setting
