Elite Player Saturday Drop In Sessions

- These on-ice sessions will share many similarities with the ones we put on for many of the worlds best hockey athletes at Gary Roberts Performance in Ontario throughout the summer. Thus the minimum playing experience level for players attending this program should be U15AA or equivalent

- Registration for each Saturday will close at 12:00pm on the Thursday prior. Any registrations received after that time may not be accepted/ refunded. If you are interested in registering after the deadline, please email edmonton@perfectskating.ca to check on availability. 

- Each individual hour will be divided into 2 parts. Firstly we will focus on optimizing a movement concept with the athletes to maximize its effectiveness. The second part will focus on using those movement concepts in small area movement patterns and game like drills to allow for maximum transfer to game performance.
