Program Description:
- This program is reserved for Elite Female athletes age U13 and above.
- Maximum of 15 skaters.
- Maximum of 15 skaters.
- 1:4 Coach to athlete ratio to maximize feedback, correction, and individual attention
- This program will be focused on individual movement and skill improvement in a group setting
- Athletes will go through sessions featuring pieces of both our Perfect Skating and Small Area Movement platforms. These on-ice sessions will share many similarities with the ones we put on for many of the worlds best hockey athletes at Gary Roberts Performance in Ontario throughout the summer
-Certified, energetic PS Coaches
-Based on the method used by +350 NHL players!

June 1st - Mark Messier Arena: 2:15pm-4:30pm
June 2nd - Mark Messier Arena: 10:00am-12:15pm
Cost: $260 + GST
Summer Program
July 15 - 19 (Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri)
Location: St. Albert: Servus Place - Troy Murray Arena
Dates & Times:
July 15, 16 & 17 - 7:15 - 8:15 PM
July 19 - 6:00 - 8:15 PM
Cost: $325+ GST
