U15-U18 Elite Holiday Specialty Clinics

 ************ U15- U18 Elite Holiday Clinics************

- These on-ice sessions will share many similarities with the ones we put on for many of the worlds best hockey athletes at Gary Roberts Performance in Ontario throughout the summer. Thus the minimum playing experience level for players attending this program should be U15AAA or equivalent

- Maximum of 12- 14 skaters. 2-3 PS coaches will be on the ice to ensure the athletes are receiving detailed feedback and correction

- This 2 hour program will be broken down into 2 themes. The first hour will focus on optimizing key movement concepts for high level players such as explosive starts, crossovers, and turn mechanics. The second hour will be performance based focusing on puck touches and skill development
