Linear Front Stride and Linear Crossover Optimization Program

Program Description:

-Sessions will focus on optimizing the key components of front stride such as glide, stride length, direction of push, glide foot edge roll, center of mass position, and stability on the base of support. We will also focus on linear crossover improvement for neutral zone attack optimization

- Each session will have some variation, but in order to re- map front stride, repetition is key. This program will allow the athletes to repeat key concepts consistently so optimization of stride and overall speed improvement can occur.

- 15 athletes maximum on the ice, with a 5:1 athlete to coach ratio!

Program Cost: $337.50 + GST

A)  July 7 - 11

     9:45 - 10:45 AM @ River Cree Arena

B) July 21 - 25 (4 Day Program $270)

     July 21, 22, 23 & 25, 3:45 - 4:45 PM @ Kinsmen Arena

C) July 28 - August 1

     12:15 - 1:15 PM @ River Cree Arena

 *** Perfect Skating jerseys must be worn for all  programs.  Jerseys will be provided to all new program participants, and on request for returning participants if they require a new one***
