11:45AM - 12:45 PM: Edge Control And Reactivity

Wednesday October 22nd - River Cree Arena

10:30 - 11:30 AM: Rim Pickups and Puck Retrievals

11:45AM - 12:45 PM: Rudder Turns and High Performance Shaves (U13+) 

Thursday October 23rd - River Cree Arena

10:30 - 11:30 AM: Linear Front Stride and Linear Crossover Optimization

11:45AM - 12:45 PM: Scoring, Stickhandling ,and Small Area Movement

Friday October 24th - River Cree Arena

10:30 - 11:30 AM: Defensive Escapes, Pivots and Transitions

11:45AM - 12:45 PM: Backwards Linear Movement Optimization
